About

Started as a designer in 2012, moved through UX/UI, then into software engineering in 2020. Since then I've worked across websites, mobile apps and custom CRM systems, most recently an AI mental health tool built with a clinical team. I design for function first, where every element has to earn its place before anything decorative gets added.

My MSc in Clinical Psychology helps me run my own user research: interviews, usability testing, measurement. I study how people actually behave, then design to reduce cognitive load, so interfaces ask less of people before they can use them. I enjoy solving real problems and building things that make sense to the user, not just the screen.

My story

MY EXPERIENCE THROUGH TIME

  1. 2024—Present
    MONUN AG—Switzerland

    Designed and built a custom CRM with billing, Stripe payments and admin dashboards, plus 20+ corporate websites and campaigns in Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and custom WordPress themes. Owned prototypes, QA and launches, cutting deployment time by 40%.

  2. 2020—2024
    Business Leaders AG—Switzerland

    Designed 50+ responsive websites in Figma and delivered them through WordPress and Elementor, refining navigation and layouts through user research and usability testing. Built front-end features in React, refined WooCommerce checkouts and designed social media graphics.

  3. 2018—2020
    Mardal—Kosovo

    Designed and launched 30+ responsive WordPress websites, from UX/UI and page structure to implementation. Customised WooCommerce stores, integrated APIs and built editable Elementor and Gutenberg layouts so clients could update their own content.

  4. 2015—2018
    Prior Marketing GmbH—Switzerland

    Designed UX/UI for company websites and applications, and launched 16+ responsive WordPress websites across desktop, tablet and mobile. Customised themes and page templates, and created logos, brand assets and marketing visuals.

  5. 2012—2015
    Freelance—Kosovo

    Created logos, visual identities and style guides for client brands, and designed printed marketing materials ready for production. Worked directly with clients, from understanding their business and audience to refining concepts through feedback.
